I got to hang out a doggy daycare yesterday! There was an adopt-a-thon hosted by Pawsitively Natural Dog Daycare, where all of us cute Misty Creek dogs were mingling with people who were searching for their new family member!
This was a big step for me, since I'm a little shy. Of course, I kept to myself at first (and steered clear of those wildly energetic dogs!), but managed to come out of my shell a bit!
I had a lot of fun meeting new people and watching all of the dogs play. I think I could like doggy daycare...
Anna!
I am such a sweet girl and just looking for my forever home!

A little more about me...
I am proud to say that I'm fully house trained! As for training, we are just working on some basic obedience. I am so happy to be learning, and I am really smart. I pick up on things like 'sit' really well.
I'm looking for a forever home that will have a playmate for me, lots of love and time to spend with me and someone I can trust my whole life through! I promise, I will give you so much in return!
Please contact Misty Creek Dog Rescue if you would like to set up a time to meet me!
My foster family says....
My foster family says I'm an absolute doll, but sometimes I can be a bit timid. So we are working on my confidence-building. They let me snuggle right up with them, and pet me to make me feel safe. It's great!
My favorite thing is a belly rub. I just love them!
I am excellent with the other dog in my foster home. We are good friends! I also am fantastic with cats - I even share my toys and food. Now, that is a good dog!
I don't love to be crated however. But when I'm with my dog friend, I am content to be loose in the house and am an excellent girl. But if I'm alone for too long, I get a little nervous and don't know what to do with myself! Once my confidence is built up, I think I'll feel better about being alone.
With my beautiful black coat, and stunning brown eyes, my foster family will have to make sure I don't get a big head! I always hear about what a good girl I am - it sure feels good to be cared about!

Hi there!
Hi! My name is Anna. I am a 1 year old border collie cross. I'm pretty shy around new people, but once I get to know you, I warm up really fast! I love snuggling ...
I am really good with cats and other dogs. I'd be best in a home with a dog buddy actually - I bond with my dog friends and love the company.
I'm adjusting to living with my new foster family. It's so nice to have people who take such good care of me ... at least until I meet my forever family.
